What do you mean by restructured?
Personal Alchemy is currently undergoing some changes to our packaging and website design. New products will be added starting in the spring 2012. We are working on a new product line to add to our already luxurious aromatherapy products.
We will still have your favorite healing balms, botanical salts, body creams, and ritual massage oils. The aromas will remain completely the same. Only our labels, jars and bottles will change.
Why are you changing the look of your products and website?
Our website was designed several years ago and needs to be updated. As some of you know, we have had shopping cart issues and all of this is being addressed with the design of this new website.
With technological advances progressing as quick as they are these days, even small businesses need to keep up with the changes. Change is not always easy; however, it is necessary to compete in our market which is flooded with products. We know our products are wonderful and unique so we want to make sure we can stay in business for many years to come to serve our loyal customers and our new ones.
Personal Alchemy wants to give our customers even more natural aromatherapy products to enjoy. We are certain you will all be well-pleased with our updates and added products.
